Affordable Multi Family Housing

There is not enough affordable housing being built to meet demand, due to shrinking funding sources and more regulatory hurdles. We can’t change these.

But, what we can change is affordable housing costing too much, taking too long, and having quality concerns. We can change unit designs, and we can improve energy efficiency. The more efficient and streamlined our delivery process is, the more affordable housing we can build. And that means more children in poverty in stable, warm homes - so instead of worrying about housing or food - they can focus on their schooling and their brighter future.

Modular construction can result in more affordable housing.
