We believe Modular is a viable alternative for many housing and schools projects to help increase affordable, long-lasting, well-designed and green housing and classrooms.

What we do: We are a provider residential and classroom units. We design modular units, coordinate their manufacture and installation. We can consult with development teams to help insure that a modular project makes sense and gets the most benefit out of modular. And, we are an architectural firm that can be the architect on small to mid-size projects in Oregon.

Emmons Modular Sectors: We work in both the market-rate, affordable housing and homeless housing sectors, and with schools to help solve their permanent classroom challenges.

Locations where Emmons works: Emmons is based in Portland, Oregon with an office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. These locations allow us to provide modular units throughout most of the United States.
